On this page you will find all the information and documents you need to complete the onboarding process, also called check-in.
Here you will find detailed instructions on how to proceed with handing in your personal documents at the HR department, downloading essential company applications and signing documents.
We encourage you to read it carefully and prepare everything you need to get the best possible start to your experience with us.
Before checking in, make sure you have completed your personal data sheet and handed over all the required documents to the HR team.

Copy of AHV card (if held)
Copy of current residence permit (front and back, original to be handed in on arrival)

Make sure you have all the documents ready to facilitate the procedure.
Permits
Permit G: in order to complete the process, it is essential for each employee in possession of permit G to have with them:
- Original criminal record (not older than 3 months).
- Declaration of authenticity (this document must be obtained from the cantonal police before checking in at the company).
Weekly border crossers must register at the commune within 8 days of arrival
L permit: holders of a type L residence permit must have with them:
What to do on arrival:
- Make the arrival notification at the place of residence within 8 days of arrival.
- Open a bank account.
Please note:
- For G and L permits, it is essential to notify arrival at the commune of domicile within 8 days of arrival, as well as to notify departure at the end of the season.
- For B and C permits, the employee must contact the migration office directly to submit requests, changes or renewals.

Notification of departure
What you have to do:
Notify the commune of residence:
Before leaving, you must officially notify the commune of residence of your departure. This must be done within 8 days of departure.
Documents required for notification:
Departure form, which can be collected or obtained from the municipal office.
Please note:
Weekly frontier workers must also report to the municipality and notify their departure at the end of their contract or work season.
Documents required to take out insurance cover:
Copy of employment contract
Copy of notification of arrival from the municipality of domicile
Copy of permit application
Copy of identity card
Copy of rental contract
DEPARTURE ABROAD
One month beforehand write and send the cancellation with the following documents attached:
Departure form issued by the commune of domicile
