During the winter of 1992/93 and from September 1993 to the end of June 1994, a 16-month period of construction work was carried out to ensure the future development of the hotel: an access avenue with a prestigious reception courtyard, an extension of the Castello “SPA & Beauty”, complete renovation of the “Tre Stagioni” restaurant, construction of the “Bassa Selim” bar and creation of the luxurious Locarno pavilion with 30 beds.
